If you have past professional experience in a care home, hospital, or home care environment, we would want to hear from you. We are always looking for caring people with a lot of experience to fill our care jobs around the UK.

If this is your first live-in care employment but you have previous experience caring for a family member or friend, we have a variety of options for you and will provide you with the training you need to support them.

Our application process for care employment is easy, and you may hear back from us in as soon as 24 hours:

After you fill out our online application, we do a phone interview and, if everything goes well, a Skype or similar face-to-face interview.

We’ll make you an offer if we think you’d be a good match for our team. This offer is contingent on us receiving your references and clearing the background checks.

We work closely with social services and other organisations when patients are discharged from hospitals, nursing homes, or rehabilitation centres. In these cases, home care usually needs a quick response with service set up on the same day we are called.

Complete Care Needs Ltd operates a variety of medical centres that are “on call” for certain clients. We assist clients and their families in making the transition from institutional to home as easy as possible.
